My Role

As the Brand and Packaging Designer, I developed the full identity and packaging for TrifectaCat, a high-protein, low-allergen cat food brand. The design emphasizes a quirky and cheeky personality while clearly communicating the product’s benefits: High Protein, No Grain, Low Allergen. The brand concept centers around the theme of “threes,” reflected in the logo — a triangle with a third eye — and the product messaging.

I designed both the cat food box and cans, ensuring consistency across packaging while creating a visually playful and attention-grabbing look. The deep purple color evokes a mystical, psychic theme, aligning with the third-eye motif. Typography was carefully selected to balance fun and readability: Copperplate Light for elegance and Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold for clear product labeling. Mockups were created to showcase the packaging in a realistic context.
